Scott is the founder and Director of Work Science. Scott is an experienced leader, director, HSE and risk management professional. Scott has held senior roles in leading consultancies and led the health and safety function in high-risk industries. Scott has undertaken many health and safety projects for ASX listed companies, Commonwealth and State Government, various SMEs and understands strategy, systems, leadership, culture and change management.
Scott has a proven track record of leading high performing teams to deliver quality outcomes for clients and employers.
Scott has reduced the risk profiles, injury and illness rates in many of Australia’s leading companies.

Steven heads up the Property Risk division at Work Science and is an experienced WHS, property risk and compliance professional. Steven has held senior roles in leading consultancies and provided risk management and consulting solutions across a range of high-risk industries. Steven has led many safety and property projects for large property owners, State and Federal Government Departments. Steven has been involved in publishing a number of chapters over the years in the Australian and New Zealand Master Work Health & Safety Guide including Property, Training and Risk Management.
Steven is an Aries (he was a Taurus until the dates for star signs changed in 2020). Outside of work Steven enjoys spending time with his young family (kids 13 months apart was a good idea at the time) and not quite as much time on the golf course as he used to.

Callum is the Head of Client Operations at Work Science. Callum is a project manager, analyst and engagement consultant with more than 15 years’ diverse consulting experience at leading NZ, UK and Australian agencies. Callum ensures Work Science projects are resourced, scheduled and delivered to a high standard. Callum has also developed data reporting tools, devised methodologies and conducted gap analysis projects to support business operations at federal government agencies.

A stakeholder engagement specialist, Callum facilitates workshops in a variety of methodologies to suit client needs.

Callum’s former hobbies included travelling, experiencing different cultures and shaking hands. An amateur cook who likes to host, his friends wish his workplace time management skills would transfer to serving them dishes at a reasonable hour.

Our consulting team are located in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. They work with the firm’s leaders, clients and collaborators on each exciting client engagement.
